I also really enjoyed seeing Mary and Joseph, especially given our new stage in life.
For Christmas this year, Jodie and I came up to Washington. So, before we left, we decided to have a our Christmas together before we left. So, we wrapped everything up and put it under the tree. However, we quickly ran out of space. Not really because we had lots of gifts, but... there wasn't much space.
The reason that there is so little space around our tree is that baby has already started to take over. We had a delivery of a few items that were taking over our front room. We haven't been able to put them away and the tree was a little extra crowded.
So, we decided to move the gifts to our other Christmas tree- just a little more space.
The next day, we traveled to Phoenix and then to Seattle to be with Jodie's family for the holidays. It was so much fun spending time with everyone. One of the biggest hits was the Wii- Dad got a Wii for his birthday earlier this month. The two most popular games were tennis and mario kart.
On Christmas Eve, we made gingerbread houses per our usual tradition.

On Christmas morning, we opened our gifts and had omelets for breakfast- there were amazing.

So far, it has been a very enjoyable trip and a great Christmas vacation.
